What we index for every tender

• Contract notices - the open calls for competition, searchable by CPV code, country, buyer, value, and deadline.
• Award notices - who actually won, at what value. This is the data behind our Market Intelligence reports.
• Every amendment and republication - each tender keeps its full notice timeline, and a "Latest Changes" banner shows what changed since the previous version.
• English translation on demand - tenders are published in 24 official languages; one click translates the full notice into English.

Live coverage starts in January 2023. For award history and incumbency analysis, our Market Intelligence layer additionally reaches back to 2006 using the TED archive - so "this buyer has used the same supplier since 2011" is a fact we can show, not a guess.

Tenders indexed per country

Live counts from our database - EU member states plus the EEA/EFTA, UK, and candidate countries that publish on TED.

TED also carries EU external-action tenders executed outside Europe; we ingest those too, but they are not counted in the table above.

What we don't cover (yet)

Contracts below the EU thresholds are published only on national and regional portals, not on TED - Tenderlist does not index those today. If your business depends on small local contracts, we'd rather tell you that up front than let you find out after subscribing. Above the thresholds - roughly speaking, the six- and seven-figure contracts - TED is the complete, EU-mandated record, and that is what we cover in full.
